Stacy Garrop’s 2017 Barlow Prize Commission, Rites for the Afterlife, will be premiered by Akropolis Quintet, on October 19, 2018 at 7:30pm in the Salme Harju Steinberg Fine Arts Center Recital Hall at Northeastern Illinois University in Chicago, Illinois.
The premiere by Calefax Quintet will take place on November 7, 2018 at 7:00pm in the Willem Twee Concertzaal in ‘s-Hertogenbosch, Netherlands, with an additional performance on December 1, 2018 at 8:15pm in Het Concertgebouw in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Buy tickets here.
