The Festival Choir of Madison premiered Dwight Bigler’s new three-part LDS Commission, entitled Perspectives: 1. Fulfillment, 2. Mother to Son, 3. I Dream a World, on February 23, 2013 at the First Baptist Church in Madison, Wisconsin. A lecture was given prior to the concert.
